Ingredients

3 lemons
1 ½ bunches of sage
1 oz lemon-sage infused Dillon’s gin
¾ oz St-Germain liqueur
¼ oz Cocchi Americano
¼ oz Guerra white vermouth
½ oz Campari
Pretty flower for garnish

Method

To make infused Dillon’s gin, add the leaves of one bunch of sage and the peels of three lemons to the bottle and let it sit for at least two days. To make the negroni, start by muddling two of the remaining sage leaves. Fill glass with ice and pour in lemon sage infused Dillon’s gin, St-Germain, Cocchi Americano, white vermouth and Campari. Top with lemon zest. Twist the lemon into the drink and rim the glass to release aromas. Finish off with a pretty flower for garnish.
