Three months into summer, and we're feeling kind of weighed down. Don't get us wrong – we love the socializing and the casual boozing that seems impossible to circumvent when the sun is out in the city.

We are, however, feeling bloated. The endless beer is weighing us down (that includes you, radlers) and the sweet ciders, summer shandies and sweet mixed drinks have us working tirelessly on our "winter bodies" already. Since we're not quite ready to go tee-total on our long weekends at the cottage just yet, we were very interested to try out another new spiked seltzer on the market.

Truly Spiked and Sparkling Water with a hint of Colima lime is the perfect substitute this summer. The spiked seltzer trend may not be new (check out our review of SPLASH Spiked Water), but it's showing no signs of slowing down – and for good reason. For a similar ABV (Truly sits at 5%) to most light beers on the LCBO shelves, but for a fraction of the calories, we're loving the influx of grown-up coolers on the market.

Each can contains just 100 calories and only two grams of carbs and 1 gram of sugar. We recommend keeping them on ice and cracking a can on its own or using it in combination with other cocktail ingredients as a light mixer.
