Yes, the holidays were a while ago, but honestly we're still recovering, especially when everyday feels like Groundhog day in the Polar Vortex. We made it through dry-ish January with our spiked sparkling waters and seltzers and made a non-alcoholic cocktail, but now, we're looking for something to help get us through this winter slog.

If you're in need of a pick-me-up (hello, us), a scoop of antioxidant-packed matcha power should do the trick. Mix this matcha with cucumber lime Daydream, adaptogen infused sparkling water, and your routine caffeine break feels more like a wellness retreat. Even better, matcha has a slow release of caffeine so you'll feel more alert throughout the day without those coffee jitters.

The adaptogens (basically, just a fancy word for plant) in the refreshing cucumber lime Daydream are hemp extracts for balance and clarity, schisandra for stress reduction, moringa for anti-inflamation and ginseng for focus and memory. Oh and it tastes pretty darn good too, even without any added sugar.

Check the recipe below to soar through those mid-week slumps with your new fizzy friend.

  • Hot water
  • Ice cubes
  • Cucumber lime Daydream

  1. Scoop match powder into your glass and add hot water to fill 1/3 of your cup.
  2. Use a whisk or handheld frother to mix the powder with the water until well combined.

  4. Pour cucumber lime Daydream over the matcha until the glass is full.
