1 oz Cazadores Tequila
¾ oz Pimm’s
½ oz strawberry ginger syrup (see below) 
¾ oz lemon
½ oz egg white
2 cucumber slices and mint leaf to garnish

Strawberry Ginger Syrup

1 L sugar
1 L water
1 cup chopped strawberries
½ cup of chopped ginger


To make the strawberry ginger syrup, combine the sugar, water, strawberries and ginger and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Rest syrup for ten minutes then strain. 

Combine cocktail ingredients except garnishes. Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf and cucumber slices.
