Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Pancho Fierro Pisco
- 0.75 oz lime
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 10 drops Flinks lime bitters
- A splash of Cava
Method
Add all the ingredients into a shaker of your choice, except the Cava. Give the mint a light muddle. Vigorously shake all the ingredients until the tin is frosted. Double strain the ingredients into a coupe or martini glass. Top with Cava and garnish with a mint sprig.
