Make This: Byblos's Uptown Girl

Inspired by the Middle Eastern restaurant's second location in Uptown Toronto, this cold toddy promises to comfort you through our slow transition into spring. 



1.5oz Bulleit Rye
0.5oz Marquis de Villard Brandy
0.75oz honey syrup
0.75oz lemon juice
1 dash of cardamom bitters
3 absinthe sprays on the glass


Step 1: Spray inside of glass 3 times with absinthe

Step 2: Add all ingredients into a shaker

Step 3: Shake

Step 4: Pour into a tall glass with lemon zest on the rim
