Make This: Labora's El Huerto

Fall has arrived, but Rob Bragagnolo's team at Labora have created the perfect cocktail to transport us to sunnier climes with this peachy, Spanish twist on the martini.



2 oz De Muller Iris Blanco Vermouth
1 oz gin
2 dashes of peach bitters
2 dashes of ginger bitters


1. Add gin, Iris Blanco Vermouth, and both bitters to a mixing glass. Top with ice and stir until chilled.
2. Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a thinly sliced peach.
