Make This: SIPBAR's Wild Blueberry Gin Fizz

This easy-to-make winter cocktail from Toronto's pop-up bar service, SIPBAR, is perfect for holiday entertaining.



1.5 oz gin
0.5 oz Van Dyk’s Wild Blueberry Juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
3 slices of cucumber
1 cucumber wheel for garnish
3 mint leaves
Soda or tonic water


Combine ingredients (excluding soda) in a shaker with ice and shake well. Use a fine strainer to pour the liquid into a rocks glass with ice.

Top with soda. Garnish with cucumber wheel and fresh mint as desired.
