Ingredients 

  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz butter bitters
  • 4 oz crémant(sparkling wine) or champagne
  • orange zest

Method

Measure bitters and syrup into a coupe glass, stir, top with cremant and a folded orange zest to garnish.
