Turkey might get all the attention this time of year, but we think that the humble ham is the unsung hero of the holidays. This Cherry Bourbon BBQ Ham Glaze recipe from Schneiders® is a mouthwatering marvel that's guaranteed to impress your guests and super simple to make.

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 mL) black cherry jam
1 tbsp (15 mL) bourbon or rye whiskey
2 tbsp (30 mL) hickory BBQ sauce
1 (800 g) Schneiders® Applewood Smoked Original Ham

Method

Whisk together all the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl or jar.

Bake ham according to the package directions. Brush with glaze every 10 minutes during the cooking time. Serve any additional glaze on the side.
