Bourbon, brandy and Lillet Blanc combine in this boozy Applehattan recipe for a cocktail that will warm you up from the inside out.

  • ¾ oz Bulleit Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Calvados Brandy
  • ¾ oz Lillet Blanc
  • ¾ oz Amaro Averna
  • Apple slices for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing beaker with ice.
  2. Stir 30-40 times.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a small coupette with one large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with apple slices, fanned out on a cocktail stick.
