- 2 oz. Casamigos Reposado tequila
- 1 bar spoon (or 1 tsp.) agave simple syrup
- 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 spray of absinthe or absinthe wash for the glass
- Lemon peel to garnish
Add the Casamigos Reposado and agave syrup into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and then strain the cocktail into a rocks glass sprayed or washed with absinthe. Add four dashes of Peychaud's Bitters and garnish with lemon zest.
