Fight the cold weather blues with this tropical tipple that sees coconut, rum and lime combined for a sweet and bubbly sipper.

- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
- 1–2 oz Prosecco
- Add rum, coconut cream and lime juice to a strainer with ice. Shake.
- Double-strain into a tulip glass and top with prosecco.
