Head chef and owner Humberto Sanchez worked at DiverXO, Madrid’s only three-Michelin-star-restaurant, along with a number of other top spots around the globe before opening Bar Catalina in Mississauga. They specialize in modern Spanish tapas, made with simple ingredients. Bar Catalina’s fideau, a paella-style pasta with shrimp, squid and fish, is a match made in heaven with a pint of Estrella Damm ($30).
