By way of South Africa, Elmé has found her food soul in Toronto's diverse restaurant culture. A self-proclaimed freak in the kitchen, cocktail maker and homemade marshmallow pusher, Elmé never shows up to a party empty handed. When she's not conjuring up Krispy Kreme cakes or banana bread ice cream, you'll find her sipping on bourbon and researching sourdough starters.
