In mid-June, we shared an evening of great vibes inside the Appleton Estate Rum Lounge pop-up in Toronto. We amassed a crowd of over 100 lucky Foodism readers and VIPs for a night to remember at Saks Fifth Avenue Toronto.
We tucked into premium Appleton Estate Rum cocktails and gourmet food courtesy of Leña while the surprise guest, chef Susur Lee, sat down for a Q&A with crowd. We got a peek into his passion for cooking, his inspirations and the family business, while also taking a cue from the master himself as he answered some burning questions from our guests.
