There are a few more days left to help Dole raise money for Food Banks Canada. At the beginning of August, Dole launched their Sunshine for All campaign to help provide all Canadians with an equal opportunity to nutritious food – because Dole believes that like sunshine, healthy, delicious and affordable food should be accessible for everyone.

The last few months have been difficult, to say the least, but one ray of sunshine in all of this darkness has been seeing how people, communities and companies have come together to spread kindness and positivity.

Until August 31st, take a photo of any recipe that you've made with Dole products, like Dole Canned Pineapple or Dole Fruit Bowls with options like Dole Mandarin Oranges and Dole Diced Peaches. Share a photo of your fruity creation on social media with the hashtag #DoleSunshineforAll and Dole will donate $1 to Food Banks Canada. The money raised will go towards helping support families in-need.

Not sure what to make with Dole's delicious and healthy fruits? Get inspired by one of Cory Vitiello's recipes. The Toronto chef and long-time supporter of healthy eating programs for kids and families has partnered with Dole to create tasty fruit-forward treats that will brighten any day.

Easy to make, and even easier to enjoy, Vitiello's Soba Noodle and Mandarin Orange Bowl features cabbage, carrots, baby spinach and Dole Mandarin Oranges on a bed of soba noodles for a healthy umami-packed meal.

For dessert, whip up Vitiello's Pineapple and Coconut Chia Seed Pudding – it's sweet and crunchy with Dole Pineapple Tidbits, shredded coconut and toasted pumpkin seeds layered on top. Peach, Kale and Yogurt Frozen Pops also make for a nutritious, sweet treat on the go.

Whichever recipe you make, you're sure to enjoy a healthy, fruity kick from Dole fruit products. Don't forget to share your treats, snacks or meals on social media with the hashtag #DoleSunshineforAll to raise money for Food Banks Canada.
