In early October, the inaugural print edition of Foodism hit the streets of Toronto, and you better believe we celebrated. We grabbed 200 of our nearest and dearest and went way up above the city to The One Eighty.
PC® Black Label brought in a team of all-star chefs who supplied some incredible grub (highlights included their Pumpkin Triangoli, Steak with Black Garlic Compound Butter and Polenta and a boozy variation of our front cover featuring Dillon's Gin and their Blood Orange Sparkling Beverage).
Thank you to Dillon's Gin, Muskoka Brewery, Gooderham & Worts, Château des Charmes, Creekside Estate and Jackson Triggs for keeping everyone well hydrated and to the whole Eatertainment crew for suiting up and putting on the show. Tunes were provided by Water Wings and Sandro Pehar was on hand to capture every moment. (You all did a pretty good job of this yourselves with the #FoodismMagLaunch hashtag.)
