Canada’s food landscape is a celebration of diverse cultural traditions. This spring, the best place to experience how these traditions come to life is at the Green Living Show’s Taste Ontario, Taste The World Pavilion.
Here, some of the region’s top chefs are showcasing old family recipes and favourite dishes for a taste of global kitchens and heritage. Some of the chefs exhibiting at Taste Ontario, Taste The World include DaiLo’s Nick Liu, Lebanese fare from Rami Tarabichi at Paintbox and authentic Mexican eats from Santo Pecado’s Paola Solorzano. The chefs will be using local Ontario produce along with misshapen organic produce from Pfenning’s Farms to create their dishes.
Ontario is also home to unique beverage producers, which you’ll get the chance to experience at the Green Living Show. Discover your new favourite wines from Closson Chase or Rosewood Estates and learn how Beattie’s Distillery uses sustainable practises to make its potato vodka.
The Green Living Showhappens April 6-8 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Click here to get your tickets.
