As chilly nights roll in, we're looking for a beefy red with great pairability, and Noble Vines 337 Cabernet Sauvignon checks all of the boxes. The original vine stock may have originated in Bordeaux, France, but they matured in Lodi, California, where the dry summers and cool breezes helped to create this beautiful cabernet sauvignon. Aged in French and American oak for three years, this wine reveals blackcurrant notes and is jammy with bold tannins. Pair with steak, braised short ribs or veggie burgers.

Back in the heart of Prohibition, the founders of 1924 Winery planted their first vineyard. Made using grapes from select vineyards throughout Northern California, specifically the Lodi region, this full-bodied red retains the same rebellious spirit as its ancestors. The warm summer sun and the breeze from the Pacific Ocean contribute to the perfect growing season, yielding full-flavoured, concentrated grapes. The result is layered notes of blackberry, vanilla and spice notes, plus butterscotch and charred oak in your glass.
