White wine sangria
Ingredients
- 325 ml chilled sauvignon blanc
- 80 ml Malibu, or your favourite coconut rum
- 325 ml pineapple juice
- 325 ml Sprite, or your favourite lemon-lime soda
- Pineapple
- Lemon
- Lime
Method
In a large pitcher, stir together the sauvignon blanc, coconut rum, pineapple juice and Sprite. Serve chilled. Garnish with pineapple and wheels of lemon and lime.
Rosé sangria
Ingredients
- 300 ml dry rosé
- 150 ml peach schnapps
- 300 ml ginger ale
- 300 ml grapefruit juice
- Strawberries
- Peaches
Method
In a large pitcher, stir together the rosé, peach schnapps, ginger ale and grapefruit juice. Serve chilled. Garnish with strawberries and peach slices.
Red wine sangria
Ingredients
- 375 ml cabernet sauvignon
- 100 ml cherry brandy
- 200 ml cranberry juice
- 200 ml orange juice
- 200 ml lime juice
- 200 ml Sprite, or your favourite lemon-lime soda
- Oranges
- Raspberries
- Limes
- Fresh mint
Method
In a large pitcher, stir together the cabernet sauvignon, cherry brandy, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice and Sprite. Serve chilled. Garnish with orange segments, raspberries, lime wedges and a few sprigs of fresh mint.
