Kwäf Club
From $125 per box
Kwäf keeps things local with their team sourcing wines from Ontario, only. Kwäf chooses bottles that aren’t available in-stores, working directly with wineries to make selections more affordable for customers. You can buy single bottles on their site, or become a member and have their tasting panel of wine lovers and experts select six wines to ship every three months. Members can choose Mixed Club to receive boxes with both red and white wines, along with the occasional rosé or bubbly; or the Red Club to receive only red wines in their shipment. There are also seasonal Discovery Packs – these single boxes allow you to try out the club or make a great one-time gift.
Tre Amici Imports

So winery tours are off the table for a bit, but thankfully they can still reach your front door. Representing some of the best and most obscure wineries from all over the world, Tre Amici Imports is now offering free, contactless home deliveries and 10% off all wine case orders (12 bottles). CB Wine Program

An offshoot of the acclaimed Charlie’s Burgers pop-up dining series, the Charlie’s Burgers Wine Program delivers two to six bottles of exceptional wine to members every month. The CB wine team does more than their due diligence, travelling to wine-producing regions around the world and tasting over 600 bottles a year to select the very best for their program. The pièce de résistance is that each delivery comes with suggestions from the menus of top-rated restaurants in Toronto and across Canada that allow members to dine with their CB bottles without a corkage fee.
My Wine Canada

Like Kwäf, My Wine Canada is designed with lovers of local wine in mind, offering subscription boxes of Canadian-made wine. The company’s panel of experts are a mix of sommeliers and renowned critics, to award winning writers and lovers of all things wine. Unlike programs that ship bottles from a variety of wineries, My Wine Canada highlights one Canadian winery each month, providing selections of their best bottles that aren't available in liquor stores. The Wine Enthusiast membership level gets you two bottles a month, while the Wine Expert level bumps it up to three.
WineCollective

The WineCollective team scouts wineries across the globe and tastes hundreds of wines to find the best bottles for their subscription boxes. Billing itself as the largest monthly wine club in Canada, this Calgary-based service offers selections for different budgets (and various rates of wine consumption). Shipments come with two, four and six bottles and many include the option of receiving just reds, just whites or a mix of the two. Each wine has an online profile with information about the producer, history and grape variety, along with tips for enjoying. Members also get access to WineCollective’s online store, where they can purchase additional bottles of their favourites.
Grange of Prince Edward County Winery

The Grange of Prince Edward Canada, one of our favourite stops on the PEC wine trail, has an awesome Wine Club that keeps giving long after your visit. Over the course of a year, they'll send four seasonal wine shipments with themes like “BBQ Season” and “Spring Tune Up” from their collection. Plus, members receive tasting notes on selected wines, a complimentary wine tour for ten people, and free tastings for themselves and for friends – talk about friends with benefits.
Hemispheres Wine Guild

Hemisphere Wine Guild's subscription service caters toward serious connoisseurs with its quarterly wine shipment. Bottles you can’t buy in Canada are sourced from around the world by wine expert Marcus Ansems, a second-generation winemaker and one of only five Masters of Wine in Canada. Membership levels are divided into four categories, with top-level members receiving the most rare and hard-to-find wines. Entry level members receive four 12-bottle cases a year, while upper-level memberships are geared toward restaurateurs and enthusiasts with their own wine cellars.
