  • 2 oz Deanston Virgin Oak
  • 1 Raw sugar cube
  • 2 Dashes of Black Cloud Bitters (Cabaret, Winter Spice or Saffron Mango)
  • Spirits with Smoke cocktail smoking board in the wood of your choice


  1. Using a blowtorch, light the Spirits with Smoke cocktail smoking board. Invert an old fashioned glass and place it over the board, allowing the smoke to fill the glass.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 sugar cube and 2 to 3 dashes of bitters and muddle.
  3. Add 2 oz of Deanston Virgin Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky, add ice and stir 20 rotations.
  4. Strain into the smoked glass, add fresh ice and serve.
