Ingredients

  • Ready-made pizza crust for 4
  • 1 dl crème fraîche
  • 200g Jarlsberg® Original, Lite or Special Reserve cheese
  • 1 handful of fresh thyme
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • Salt and pepper
  • Half a pear, sliced

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 250 °C.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a sheet of baking paper. Mix the crème fraîche, Jarlsberg® cheese and roughly chopped thyme.
  3. Add salt and pepper and spread the mixture over the crust.
  4. Top with slices of pear.
  5. Bake in the centre of the oven until the cheese is melted and golden, approximately 7-10 minutes.
  6. Top with slices of ham before serving.
