Make This: dbar's Yorkville Affair

dbar's signature drink has a delightfully fruity, floral profile that will have you dreaming of early spring. Make the rose petal-infused gin from scratch if you have time, or sub with Dillon's Rose Gin in a pinch.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Tanqueray gin
  • Petals from 5-6 roses
  • 1 oz St-Germaine Elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz white cranberry juice

Method

To make the rose petal-infused gin, steep the petals from 5 or 6 roses in a bottle of Tanqueray gin for 48 hours, or until the colour from the petals is gone. Alternatively, you can use Dillon's Rose Gin as a quick substitute.

Combine the ingredients in a shaker. Stir the ingredients, strain and pour into a coupe filled with ice.
