Ingredients
For the cocktail
- 1½ oz Glenlivet 15 Years
- ½ oz mango honey liqueur (see below)
- ¼ oz Calvados
- 5 mint leaves
For the mango honey liqueur
- 1 750 ml bottle vodka
- 4 ataulfo mangos (peeled and cut into ¼’ pieces)
- 750 ml 2:1 honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
Method
Allow mango and vodka to sit for 1 week. Strain and mix with honey syrup.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 15 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with additional mint.
