What's the draw?
Like restaurants? Fine, have 3,000 sq ft of restaurant. Still not happy? Put it on the ground floor of the Pinnacle condo in the Entertainment District. Better? Good, because that's exactly where you'll find Charles Khabouth's new baby, which features the same winning ingredients that put the man on the map, cooked by executive chef Anna Chen (who lists Buca and Lee as well as a stint in London at Angela Hartnett's acclaimed Murano on her résumé). Chen executes contemporary Italian-inspired food with a focus on seasonal ingredients from the impressive open-plan kitchen.
What to drink
The crystal and brass bar at Figo is a masterpiece in itself – and it turns out the drinks flying out of it are just as impressive. The Punch Americano is a rum and Cocchi Rosa-based spritzer served in a crystal decanter and meant for sharing. The menu also boasts five varieties of the classic negroni, including a Bulleit bourbon version, and a lengthy list of Italian wines. As you'd expect, there's a comprehensive aperitivo selection for the finale. Saluti!

What to eat
All of your classic Italian specialities are here, but there are a few surprises as well. We started with a selection of snacks including the house ricotta, sea bream crudo and the quite spectacular zucchini fritti. It not only tastes divine but it's very Instagrammable (let's face it, that's important). The mains don't disappoint, either, with options including a melt-in-the-mouth half-rack of Mennonite lamb and classic soppressata pizza and casarecce rapini pesto. Surprisingly (but not really) we still had room for dessert – and the traditional tiramisù and sweet chocolate bonet were the perfect closers.
