Celebrating 30 years of outstanding winemaking, Thirty Bench Wine Makers is synonymous with exceptional, small-lot wine, particularly cabernet franc and riesling. We reach for a bottle of Thirty Bench whenever we're looking for a quality pour (so, always). 

Thirty Bench Wine Makers is one of the most awarded wineries on the Beamsville Bench in the Niagara region — and for good reason. The sustainable, boutique winery is renowned for its expertise in crafting small-lot, single-vineyard wines.

With some of the oldest riesling vines in Niagara, Thirty Bench has a celebrated history with the varietal. Its most awarded wine, however, is cabernet franc. Thirty Bench's 2015 Cabernet Franc was named ‘Best Red Wine in the World’ at the 2018 Decanter World Wine Awards and continues to receive gold and platinum awards each year.

Don't just take our word for it — Thirty Bench wines are available at the LCBO, and the gorgeous winery and tasting room is under two hours from Toronto. Purchased by Dr. Tom Muckle and his friends in 1980, the property was turned into 25 acres of riesling vineyards. In 1994, the cellar doors were opened to the public, and in 1999, Thirty Bench expanded into the two neighbouring properties and planted different varietals such as cabernet franc and chardonnay.

Today, Thirty Bench's vineyards are certified Sustainable Winegrowing Ontario and all of its wines are made in small lot quantities.
