Since moving to Canada, he's racked up his resume working at some of Ontario's hottest destinations like Biff's Bistro and Langdon Hall before taking the helm at Trius Winery Restaurant in 2006.
Chef Dodd's passion for the finest seasonal ingredients shines in his innovative, seasonally inspired menus.
