Pink cocktails | A Ceder's Rose bottle surrounded by roses and two pink mocktails

We always love a great cocktail or mocktail. And although there are some excellent bars in Toronto, including exceptional cocktail bars, sometimes we just want to stir up a cocktail or mocktail recipe at home. When winter's chill is in full force or restaurants are crowded to capacity for Valentine's Day, we'd gladly opt to be cozied up in our pink jammies sipping on one of these pink cocktails or mocktails by the fireplace (channel).

While we love whisky, vodka and tequila cocktails and mocktails, too — OK, all drinks — gin cocktails and sparkling wine or champagne cocktails have a special place in our hearts when we're celebrating, and many of these pink cocktails feature both ingredients.

Skip the hordes of people this Valentine's Day and stir up these sweet pink cocktails and mocktail recipes at home.
