Amarula Margarita

Ingredients

- 2 oz Amarula Plant Based

- 2 oz silver tequila

- 1 ¾ oz agave syrup

- 1 ½ lime juice

- 1 Tbsp maldon salt

- 1 Tbsp sugar

- 1 Tbsp lime zest

- Lime wheel, to garnish

Method

  1. Add salt, sugar and lime zest to a small plate.
  2. Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of a glass then place it rim-down onto the plate.
  3. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake.
  4. Double strain into the glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
