Dig into a truffle tasting menu at Toronto Beach Club this November

We're not exactly thrilled about the onset of chilly weather, but we are excited for all of the incredible flavours and palates that are coming our way. One of our all-time favourite Venn diagram overlaps is the fall and truffle season, and we intend to make the most of it, starting with a very special six-course tasting menu at Toronto Beach Club.

Toronto Beach Club, located at the western edge of Woodbine Beach, is usually synonymous with summer when the doors are open to let the sunshine and the beachy vibes in. When we arrive in mid-November, the scene is completely different but no less charming. Twinkly lights decorate the floor-to-ceiling windows of the huge Mediterranean restaurant, and the intoxicating smell of truffle is in the air.

To celebrate truffle season, Toronto Beach Club is offering a six-course tasting experience featuring the decadent fungus. From regular menu items like tuna carpaccio and East Coast oysters sprinkled with a dusting of the delicacy to special menu items like short rib and carbonara with delicious tubes of bucatini, it's six courses of truffle heaven.
