Top Six in the 6: Best Winterlicious Menus
Winterlicious is back from January 25 to February 7, and to help you navigate the nearly 200 participating restaurants, we've whittled down the best menus on the list.

Kōst
80 Blue Jays Way
Way up high on the 44th floor of the Bisha Hotel sits Kōst, a Mexican-cum-Californian spot serving share plates with plenty of seafood on offer. The bright, airy space affords fantastic views of the CN Tower from your wicker chair, and while you probably won't want to utilize its rooftop right now, it's the perfect backdrop to your Baja-inspired dining. Don't miss the beef cheek curry or their signature tres leche cake, with white chocolate ganache and dulce de leche – both on the Winterlicious menu.
Maxime Bocken

Cafe Boulud
60 Yorkville Ave
This elegant Yorkville mainstay usually falls into the special-occasions-only category for us, but the restaurant’s Winterlicious menus offer a chance to try Chef Daniel Boulud’s modern French bistro fare at a more approachable price ($33 for lunch and $55 for dinner). Cafe Boulud's menus include favourites like steak frites and the dreamy grapefruit givre, along with special seasonal dishes for Winterlicious. The restaurant’s sophisticated, brass-accented space is an inviting setting for tucking into soul-warming dishes like butternut squash soup finished with sage crème fraîche and house-made strichetti pasta with romanesco and mushroom ragout.

Miku
10 Bay Street
While making a reservation at Miku is always a good idea, grabbing a spot at the upscale sushi restaurant during Winterlicious is an especially great one. With a focus on Aburi sushi (fish is partially grilled) and seafood, Miku is known for combining Japanese flavours with local ingredients. For the full experience, opt for dinner ($53) and try the sashimi platter and the beef tenderloin. While drinks aren't included in the set menu, we highly recommend ordering a signature cocktail or choosing from their extensive sake list.

Cluny
35 Tank House Lane
If you're looking for a beautiful setting, Cluny in the Distillery District is one of our favourite places on the list. Aside from the stunning tiled floors, the hand-painted walls and the antique cabinets decorating the space, the menu is also impressive. The bistro serves up French fare, from a bouillabaisse seafood medley on sourdough to the classic steak and frites. While there is plenty of meat and fish on offer, the Winterlicious lunch and dinner menu offers a vegetarian or vegan option for every course.

Ufficio
1214 Dundas St W
Ufficio has mastered the art of merging a casual and elegant dining experience in one of Toronto’s busiest neighbourhoods. The menu has a wide selection of mouth-watering pescetarian and vegan options, for the health conscious Italian food lover. The Winterlicious menu includes their mouthwatering risotto, packed with bright flavourful Brussels sprouts and pecorino cheese. Be sure finish off your ‘Licious dinner with their take on traditional Italian polenta cake, served with an amaretto compote.

Cactus Club Cafe
77 Adelaide St W
This financial district eatery is bringing their brand of colourful West Coast cuisine to Toronto's favourite prix fixe menu. Plus, Cactus Club Cafe's Winterlicious menu isn't pulling a fast one – diners can select from plenty of the signature dishes the restaurant is known for, like the mini tuna stack or chef Rob Feenie's butternut squash and mascarpone ravioli with truffle butter and sautéed jumbo prawns.
