Of Canada’s many iconic winter sports, curling is one of our favourites. It might just be due to the fact nearly all curling clubs have a bar on site where teams meet before and/or after their games to unwind over pints.
Now there’s a locally-brewed beer that’s been specially crafted to accompany the sport of curling. Hurry Hard is an amber lager with a deeper hue and flavour that makes it a nice match for this winter pastime.
Hurry Hard is an easy-drinking beer with a bit of caramel on the nose, a light flavour of toasted grain and a touch of sweetness. Aside from accompanying a good ol’ sweep and curl, we’re looking forward to toasting Team Canada with pints of this beer as we head into the final days of the Olympics.
