One Montreal-based company is helping to combat food waste by making tasty cold-pressed juices out of reject fruit and vegetables. By partnering with major food distributors, like Mucci Farms in Ontario, they source nutritious produce that is still perfectly good to eat. Loop Juices have over 1.5 kilograms of fruit and veg in each bottle with creative combinations like pear, spinach, romaine and jalapeño in its Undercover juice and cantaloupe, clementine, carrot and turmeric in King of the Hill.
