Ingredients

  • 1 sachet 3:15pm Sun Moon Lake milk tea
  • ½ cup IQF instant tapioca pearls
  • SISTER paper boba straws

Method

  1. Boil a pot of water.
  2. Add ½ cup of frozen IQF instant tapioca pearls. Stir quickly for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.
  3. Drain the water, set aside and let cool.
  4. In another pot, steep 1 sachet of 3:15pm Sun Moon Lake milk tea with 8 oz of hot water, for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the boba into a tall cup and carefully pour the milk tea over top.
  6. Enjoy with a large paper boba straw.
