Rum and coconut tropical cocktail recipe

Preparation time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
  • ¼ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1–2 oz Prosecco

Method

  1. Add rum, coconut cream and lime juice to a strainer with ice. Shake.
  2. Double-strain into a tulip glass and top with prosecco.
