Summer might be on it’s way out, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to do away with all things fun, wrap ourselves in fuzzy blankets and hibernate until next spring – well at least not yet. But if you’re like me, you can appreciate a fruity cocktail at any time of year, whether you’re cooling off on a patio or cozied up inside dreaming of better weather and tropical shores. That’s where Beefeater’s new Pink Gin comes in handy.
They say everything is better when you’re looking through rose coloured glasses, and this gin will definitely colour your cocktail glass rose. But if the pink hue isn’t enough to lift your spirits (pun intended), you’ll love the strawberry flavour, balanced with citrus and juniper. It's a fun twist on Beefeater Classic London Dry Gin. But beware – the sweetness makes this gin a dangerously easy sipper (or shooter).
Add Beefeater Pink Gin to lemonade or tonic water and garnish with fresh cut strawberries, for a simple, citrusy tipple. Or try one of the more involved recipes below. However you mix it, it’s sure to brighten up your day.
